Giftun Azur Resort

This huge resort is very well located ...on one side the busy promenade and on the other side their lovely private beach. Food was abundant and fresh. Staff is very hard-working and efficient: never kept us waiting and always with a smile on their face.

Food was fantastic and there was excellent variety. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you from the Reception Team, the Manager and Waiters! Location brilliant, right on the beach with a few shops outside.

The food was excellent, and I had the opportunity to choose from three different restaurants. It is a great destination if you want to relax away from your busy routine, with the beach just a short walk from your room. One of the restaurants is located on the beach, and there is also a pool available. The facility feels very safe, as the staff goes to great lengths to ensure guest comfort. Additionally, there is a doctor on-site should you require medical care. A tour company is also available to offer excursions to places like Cairo, Luxor, Gouna, and Hurghada. The staff is very accommodating, and I particularly appreciated how meals were served on time without any issues. They put in significant effort for the New Year's Eve celebration, and they also offer weekly activities.

First I’m not the kind of person who writes novel less evaluations but when it’s worth it I do! So I had an amazing vacation at Giftun Azur Resort. Not only the beach is just 100 meters from the room, with crystal-clear water and soft golden sand that made every moment perfect, but the room is so spacious, spotlessly cleaned daily, and offered a tranquil space to relax. The food is wonderfully varied, with each restaurant offering something new every day. The staff were incredibly attentive, from the front desk to the beach and commodity attendants ensuring clean sunbeds and toilets . We booked through Booking.com and arrived earlier than the official check-in time (2:00 PM). We were pleasantly surprised: they accommodated us right away, even though we arrived around 12:00 PM. We really appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom and plenty of hot water to fill it! :) The food at the hotel was tasty, with a wide variety of dishes. While it wasn’t anything extraordinary, everything met our expectations. The beach is simply wonderful: sandy and well-maintained. The only minor wish would be for the pool to be a bit warmer during the winter (though we specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a heated pool). A big plus is the attitude of the staff towards guests. After check-out, we were allowed to use all the hotel’s facilities, including food, drinks, and the territory.
